I utilize my psychodynamic background by examining unconscious processes, early childhood experiences, defense mechanisms, and such. I also incorporate somatics, which focuses on the mind-body connection and have worked with clients using Internal Family Systems (IFS) through exercises getting to know the core self. I am open to pulling in other therapeutic modalities as well.

Not every modality suits every client, but each individual will naturally connect with the approach that resonates most deeply with them.
